By using AIInfluencer.tools ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Service Description

AIInfluencer.tools is an AI-powered image analysis tool that generates structured prompts for AI image generation. You upload images, our system analyzes them using AI models, and returns detailed prompt breakdowns you can use to recreate or vary similar images.

Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be terminated.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subscriptions and Credits

• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
• Each plan includes a set number of credits per billing period.
• Credits do not roll over to the next billing period - unused credits expire.
• No refunds are provided for unused credits.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice to active subscribers.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal content or content that violates applicable laws
• Upload images of minors in any context
• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, credit limits, or access controls

Intellectual Property

• Your content - You own the prompts generated from your image analyses. You may use them freely.
• Our service - We own the Service, its user interface, underlying technology, and system prompts used for analysis.
• Image license - By uploading an image, you grant us a temporary, limited license to process that image for analysis. This license terminates when the image is deleted (within 24 hours).

Disclaimers

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or usefulness of AI-generated outputs.
• We are not responsible for how you use the generated prompts or any images created from them.
• AI model availability and capabilities may change without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service is limited to the fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms.
• You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time.
• Upon termination, your access to the Service ends immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
